Just got my first Lamborghini – how often do you guys change the oil in Dubai's heat?

The previous owner said every 5,000 km or once a year, but I've had other supercar owners tell me that with Dubai's summer heat and the way I drive (spirited but not track abuse), I should be doing it closer to every 3,000 km. Does anyone here have long term experience with a Huracán or R8 in the UAE? I don't mind spending on maintenance but I also don't want to overdo it if it's unnecessary. Also curious if you guys always go to the dealer or trust any independent shops around Dubai for this kind of work. Cheers.
