Has anyone actually gone through the process of buying a used Ghost in this market?

My uncle is finally retiring after thirty something years in the shipping business and he's got this very specific dream of treating himself to a used Rolls Royce Ghost, nothing brand new mind you he says it's a waste but something around a 2015 or 2016 with reasonably low mileage that he can just waft around in on weekends between Jumeirah and the golf club. He's not a car guy at all like he genuinely doesn't know the difference between a serpentine belt and a seat belt and he keeps sending me these listings from some random Instagram pages with suspiciously perfect photos and prices that make me squint a bit because a Series II Ghost for under seven hundred thousand usually means someone is hiding something very expensive. I told him look uncle you absolutely cannot just take the seller's word for it or even rely on the fact that it was serviced at the dealer five years ago because a lot can happen in between and you really need someone who knows every single quirk of these things to go over it with a microscope. So I'm trying to track down Rolls-Royce Inspection Specialists in Dubai that actually understand the nuances like the proper operation of the self leveling suspension that costs more than a small apartment or the exact sound the air conditioning fan shouldn't make when it's on its way out. He thinks I'm being overly dramatic but I've heard enough horror stories about old Spirit of Ecstasy mechanisms getting stuck or the infotainment screen delaminating in the heat to know this is not a Corolla you can just kick the tires on and hope for the best, so if anyone has a solid recommendation for someone who genuinely knows these cars inside and out and won't just give it a quick glance and a thumbs up I'd be forever grateful because I really don't want to be the nephew who let him buy a beautiful four hundred thousand dirham paperweight.
